Skolelængen (The School Wing) at Teater Møn

The School Wing at Teater Møn is a former school building from 1960, which we have transformed into colourful and adventurous bedrooms. All rooms are located on the first floor, featuring large south-facing windows and views of the sea.

 

At the end of the first floor you will find the former library — now a spacious common room with a generous west-facing terrace and a fabulous panoramic view across the sea and surrounding fields.

 

On the ground floor, there is a large professional kitchen as well as a smaller tea kitchen.

The Rooms

 

The School Wing offers six bedrooms of 18–25 sqm with high ceilings and large panoramic windows facing south. Each room has its own unique interior design, inspired by both theatre and the building’s former life as a school.

 

There is one double room and five triple rooms. The rooms are also equipped with desks, making them suitable as workspaces if needed.

 

 

Rental of the Entire House

 

The School Wing is rented as a whole, including all bedrooms, the large kitchen, service room, bathrooms, toilets, terrace, and common areas.

 

It is therefore well suited for larger groups such as families and friends, and is also ideal for seminars and residential courses. At the same time, the building is spacious enough to host several groups simultaneously without necessarily sharing all activities.

The Kitchen and Outdoor Areas

 

The large kitchen is the former school kitchen, located on the lower level with south-facing windows and direct access to the garden. There are dining areas both indoors and outdoors.

 

The kitchen includes a large, spacious oven and a professional dishwasher that completes a cycle in just a few minutes. The kitchen can seat 14–16 people for dining.

 

Guests are free to use the garden, and in every direction you are surrounded by the beautiful nature of East Møn.

 

 

Access and Theatre Activities

 

Guests have access to the entire building, except for the hall on the lower level, which is occasionally used as a theatre space. The hall can, however, be rented as an add-on if desired.
